FEE STRUCTURE OVERVIEW
SCHOOL FEES FOR 2024 ARE SET AT R47 840 FOR THE YEAR.
The school fees for 2024* were set at the Annual General Meeting, as they are every year.
School fees are payable ONLY by one of the following methods, unless an alternative method is agreed in writing with the Business Manager:
- Payment in full by 31 January (parents who settled their accounts in full on or before this date in 2024 were entitled to a discount of R2 392 per learner – a payment of R45 448).
- By debit order, running from 31 January – 31 October. Parents making use of this option pay R4 784 per month over 10 months.
- Termly payments of R11 960 over four terms, in advance.
ADDITIONAL COSTS RELATING TO ENROLMENT BEFORE THE START OF THE SCHOOL ACADEMIC YEAR
The items listed below are estimated costs of what will be required over and above school fees in order for your son to have a fruitful and successful year. All costs are based on those for 2023 and prices are subject to an increase.

HERITAGE LEVY
As part of the acceptance into King Edward VII Preparatory School, a Heritage Levy payment is required. This levy’s prime objective is to assist the school in maintaining top quality teachers, exceptionally high academics, cultural and sporting standards. A Heritage Levy payment is required per learner and is paid on acceptance of the learner (by the stipulated date) as below:
