KEPS SCHOOL SHOP
The school shop sells all the relevant KES and KEPS uniform and sports clothing.
OVERVIEW
The School Shop is situated in the school building, at the bottom of the South East Stairwell.
The Shop sells all the relevant KES and KEPS Uniform and sports clothing. All items sold conform to school or sport stipulations. Any new item introduced during the year will be available in the Shop as soon as possible. We do not stock sport equipment or footwear.
NB. Parents are not allowed in the school building during school day hours.
The KES School Shop does not sell KEPS second hand items and KEPS fund raising items eg: back packs/ lunch boxes / pencil bags / KEPS teddies etc. These are available from the KEPS second hand shop, which is situated on the KEPS campus, adjacent to the sports office and open daily – Monday to Friday between 6.45 and 7.45 am.
KES Shop staff prioritize serving customers above phone calls. So, regrettably, a phone query during break or after school, will not be answered unless a staff member is available.
GENERAL TRADING HOURS
Open Weekdays but CLOSED THURSDAY ALL DAY.
Shop closes at 12 on break up days, as well as the day before a public holiday or long weekend.
Parents: Monday to Friday – After school until 15.00 hrs.
Learners: Break time and after school until 15.00 hrs.
KES Shop closes on the 4th December and re-opens on the 6th January.
ORDERS
The Shop offers KEPS an email order service. Details are on the D6 under Resources – KES Shop.
Please complete the Order form – with all details as requested. If you are unsure of the size needed then please fill in the relevant measurements on the measurement form.
Orders received and acknowledged before 10am will be delivered to KEPS reception on that day. Orders acknowledged after 10 will only be processed and delivered the following day.
The order will then be sent to class. Should the item not fit then the boy/ parent should visit the shop for an exchange – in the original packet and with the relevant till slip. We will not collect items from KEPS for return or exchange.
All orders are processed through the boy’s shop account. Unused balance will remain in the account for use against future purchases.
PAYMENT
The Shop is not authorized to give credit under any circumstances. All purchases must be paid in full at time of purchase or with order.
Over the counter transactions – credit or debit card only. We do not accept Diners / American Express cards. We do not have a Snap scan facility.
Please do not make bank cash deposits as the Shop incurs high charges for these transactions and you will be liable for these charges.
Top- up payments – either in the shop or by EFT. School shop does not have immediate access to the KES Shop bank account so it is essential that proof of payment is emailed to: rbotha@kes.co.za.
