TENNIS

“Tennis has been a sport at King Edward VII School since the 1950s and the School has produced a number of highly successful, very talented players.”

OVERVIEW

King Edward VII School prides itself on producing quality tennis players and over the past few years there has been a vast improvement in the standard of tennis as well as the number of learners involved in the sport.

We have many enthusiastic boys keen to play tennis. There is plenty of social tennis involving boys of all standards. Two professional coaches assist with training boys. Junior and senior teams are selected and they play in both singles and doubles leagues. The school tennis championships provide some keen competition each year.

Tennis is played at Old Edwardians due to the number of courts needed and the number of teams.
